Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges: If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have its tags attached.

Damaged or wrong item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it or refund it.

How to request: Message us on WhatsApp at 03368028031 with your order number and the reason.

Delivery cost for exchanges: We cover it for damaged/wrong items, and the customer covers it for size exchanges.

Not eligible: Items that are worn, washed, or altered, and any sale/clearance items, if applicable.
